Theresa Visser | Online Counselling

Service Description

Online counselling is a great way to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe and confidential space. Theresa Visser is a BACP registered Psychotherapist, with significant experience working in the NHS in a Dynamic Psychotherapy setting and has spent several years volunteering with the Samaritans. Your 1-1 online counselling session will last for 1 hour and will be via Zoom. During your session, you can work together with Theresa to achieve a greater level of self-awareness and self-control, as well as methods to manage your emotions.
