Talens Health Support Services are an established Counselling Service and an Organisational Member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). We provide a wide range of online and telephone counselling services.
As a private mental health and counselling service, you can access remote online and telephone appointments and there are no limits to the number of sessions you can use.
We believe in providing high-quality, affordable counselling services that are convenient and accessible to everyone. In this safe space, you will find a confidential, non-judgemental service that is tailored to meet your individual needs.

We work strictly within the BACPs ethical framework and use a variety of methods, including integrative counselling, person-centred counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution focussed therapy, EFT and more.
MEET THE TEAM
Meet Tomas Alenskas, the founder of Talens Health Support Service. Tomas has extensive experience in health sector management and general psychological support. Tomas offers coaching and psychological consultations for clients. Using coaching and CBT techniques to bring clarity, motivation, belief and accountability to live the happiest, healthiest and most prosperous life.
Meet Theresa Visser, a BACP registered Psychotherapist, with significant experience working in the NHS in a Dynamic Psychotherapy setting. She lives in Leicester city where she undertook her training up to Master’s level. Theresa has experience in offering Counselling and Psychotherapy in a range of settings, including working remotely both in telephone and video sessions. Theresa worked for many years managing a forensic pathology unit, focussing on research using CT scanning, this involved work with bereft families, often through tragic circumstances.
Meet Vanessa, a BACP registered Counsellor offering support that is underpinned by compassionate Person-Centred and Humanistic Therapy, which she has developed over several years. This approach helps people to form an understanding and gain a sense of knowing from their personal experiences. Empowerment and Autonomy for her clients are so important so they can grow and leave the counselling sessions with new positivity and sometimes a newfound strength to move to a different stage in their lives.
Meet Christine Smith, a registered member of the BACP. As an experienced counsellor, she hopes to offer a warm, supportive and confidential environment. Christine uses an integrative approach, which allows her to use the most effective and personal approach. Christine has experience in a wide range of life experiences, which include working with emergency services, children’s organisations, secondary education and couples counselling.
